Garlic Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups rigatoni
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed, adding broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cooking. In a saucepan saute garlic in olive oil until tender. Drain pasta mixture; add to saucepan and toss to coat. Add Parmesan, salt and pepper; toss to combine.
