Ingredients
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup panko
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Topping:
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Add beef; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into an 8×4-inch loaf in a greased 11×7-in. baking dish.

Bake 20 minutes. Spread wing sauce over top; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes longer or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
