Maple Teriyaki Salmon Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1/3 C apple juice
  • 1/3 C maple syrup
  • 3 TBSP soy sauce
  • 2TBSP finely chopped onion
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 salmon fillets (about 2lbs)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the 1st 5 ingredients. remove 1/2 C for basting: cover and refigerate. Pour remaining marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add salmon; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours. Drain and discard marinade. Broil 10 min. longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting frequently.
