Gnocchi/ chicken cream soup

Ingredients

  • Chicken pieces (good from baked deboned chicken)
  • Drippings from baking chicken
  • Diced carrots
  • Diced celery
  • Diced onion
  • Minced garlic- maybe 2 cloves
  • Spinach
  • Gnocchi's
  • Chicken bullion
  • Whipping cream-about equal parts chicken bullion broth and whipping cream

Directions

  1. Debone chicken

  2. Saute onions, carrots and celery in touch of olive oil

  3. When sauted, add garlic for about 10-15 seconds and then immediately add broth so as not to burn garlic

  4. Add bullion and chicken pieces

  5. Boil gnocchi and drain

  6. Add gnocchi

  7. Lastly add cream
