Ingredients
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 3 cups water
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped

Combine rice, water, butter and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and stir; cover and cook until tender, about 17 minutes. Let sit, covered, 5 minutes, then stir in the lemon zest and juice and chives; season with salt.
