Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 6 cups cooled cooked basmati rice
- 3 cucumbers, sliced
- 1/2 cup each chopped dill and mint
- Salt and pepper
