Ingredients
- 8 oz. ground beef
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cup chopped kimchi
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 3 cups cooled cooked white rice
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Fried eggs
Directions

Season ground beef with salt and brown in vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add kimchi and scallions; cook until the liquid evaporates. Add rice, soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook, stirring, until warmed through, 3 minutes. Top with fried eggs.
