Lemon Jello Cream Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large box lemon jello
  • Juice from 1 or 2 fresh lemons
  • 2 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 large can unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped

Directions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot wate.

  2. Add lemon juice, almond extract, pineapple, and mandarin oranges.

  3. Let thicken.

  4. Fold in whipped cream.

  5. Let set overnight
