Apple, Cranberry, Pecan Stuffing

Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing for Chicken
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Directions

  1. Bring juice and butter to boil in medium saucepan on high heat.

  2. Add stuffing mix and fruit; mix lightly. Cover and remove from heat.

  3. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in nuts.
