Bean Supreme

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2- 2 lb. ground meat
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 med. can pork and beans, undrained
  • 1 cup sliced olives
  • 1 med. green bell pepper; chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup, no water added
  • sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Saute onion and bell pepper in about 2 Tbsp. oil, take out, and brown meat. Return onion and pepper to the meat.

  2. Add all other ingredients. Simmer about 20 minutes. Top with the grated cheese. Put in a medium oven until cheese melts.
