- 3 to 4 pounds sweet potatoes (4 to 5 medium potatoes), baked and peeled
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
