Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar
- Pastry for a 9-inch pie

Combine the first 5 ingredients; stir well.

Roll pastry into a 12 × 9-inch rectangle on a lightly floured board; cut in half lengthwise.

Spread each rectangle with cheese mixture; roll jellyroll fashion, beginning at long side. Press edges lightly to seal; turn seam side down. Cut each roll into 1-inch slices.

Make 2 cut to center of each slice making them about 1/2 inch apart; spread to create a claw effect. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 375 degrees for about 10 to 15 minutes.
