French Paella

Ingredients
- 1 baked chicken
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 lb. peeled, deveined shrimp
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 3 large peeled, diced tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch saffron
- 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onions
Directions

Remove skin and bones from chicken. Chop chicken and season with salt and pepper.

Add chicken, hot water and bouillon top pan of stovetop rice steamer over boiling water. Add remaining ingredients except parsley and green onions.

Mix well, cover and cook over medium heat until rice is tender (about 40 minutes). Add parsley and green onions.
