Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 cup ground beef
- 1 1/2 cups pancake mix
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 11-oz. can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/3 cup milk

Preheat electric skillet to 350 degrees. Melt butter and add onions. Saute about 1 minute or until brown. Add beef and brown. Remove mixture from skillet. Remove excess drippings. turn heat control off.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, milk, oil and egg until lumps disappear. Stir in meat mixture. Combine cheese soup and milk; mix in a small mixing bowl.

Preheat skillet at 325 degrees. Pour about 1/2 cup batter for each pancake. Bake 3 minutes on first side until golden brown, flip and bake about 1 minute. Pour cheese sauce over each pancake, reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake, covered, for 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is hot.

Serve pancakes or remove to serving platter to keep warm.
