- 6 oz. green beans, trimmed, sliced crosswise into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup coarsely grated Pecorino
- 1/2 cup torn basil leaves
- Kosher salt, black pepper
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
