Green Bean and Basil Slaw

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. green beans, trimmed, sliced crosswise into 1/4-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup coarsely grated Pecorino
  • 1/2 cup torn basil leaves
  • Kosher salt, black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

Directions

  1. Toss green beans, Pecorino, and basil in a medium bowl to combine; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle in lemon juice and oil; toss again to coat.
