Ingredients
- 1/2 small head of red cabbage, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 small red onion, very thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Kosher salt
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Toss cabbage, onion, and red pepper flakes in a medium bowl to combine; season with salt. Drizzle in oil and vinegar and toss again to coat.
