Ingredients
- 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 green onion, cut into 3 pieces
- 1-2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Assorted fresh veggies and baked pita chips
Directions

In a food processor, combine the first seven ingredients; cover and process until blended. Transfer to a bowl. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with vegetables and pita chips.
