Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 5 Tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup ham; diced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
Directions

1-Bone breasts,discard skin (or use boneless)

2-Press with hands to make uniform thickness

3-Cut in 1 1/2 inch squares

4-Mix cornstarch, 1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper, sugar, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons oil.

5-Add chicken and stir to coat evenly

6-Saute walnuts until golden brown in 1 tablespoon oil

7-Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt

8-Heat remaining oil
-
9-Add chicken mixture and stir fry for 2 minutes

10-Add ham and walnuts and stir fry for 5 minutes

11-Stir in remaining soy sauce and broth, scraping up brown bits from bottom of pan

12-Cook 1 minute longer
