Jalapeno Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1 C chopped jalapeno peppers with seeds
  • 1 C chopped bell peppers
  • 2 C apple cider vinegar
  • 2 1/2 C sugar
  • 2 pouches of Certo pectin

Directions

  1. Boil together about 20 min. Strain and add green food coloring and on pouch of Certo. Bring to boil for 1 min. FIll jars. Serve on cream cheese on Ritz crackers with small shrimp. makes about 5-1 C jars
