Ingredients
- 1 lb. cheese tortellini
- 1 pint halved heirloom cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz. pearl mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup chopped basil
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Directions

Cook tortellini as directed; drain and rinse under cold water. Toss with tomatoes, mozzarella, basil, olive oil and vinegar; season with salt and pepper.
