Ingredients
- 3 C tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 4 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped or banana peppers
- 3/4 C chopped onion
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 C vinegar
Directions

combine and boil all ingredients. Cook until desired thickness. Process in a hot water bath for 20 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 pints
