Ingredients
- 6 lbs boneless pork ribs
- 4 russets, cooked and cubed
- 16 oz Hickory smoked BBQ sauce (your fave brand)

Grill ribs on BBQ then soak overnight in Hickory sauce. Put ribs in slow cooker with potatoes on top. Add hickory sauce and cook on low for 8 hours.
