Ingredients
- 1/3 cup hickory smoke-flavored barbecue sauce
- 1/3 cup A.1. steak sauce
- 1/3 cup sherry or unsweetened apple juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 6 bone-in pork chops
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions

Mix first 4 ingredients; reserve 1/3 cup sauce for serving.

Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Place on an oiled grill rack over medium heat. Grill chops, covered, until cooked through, 4-6 minutes per side, brushing frequently with remaining sauce after turning. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with reserved sauce.
