Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tbsp. minced fresh basil
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. minced fresh oregano
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3/4 tsp salt, divided
- 1 lb. beef flat iron or top sirloin steak, cut into 4 portions
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Grated Parmesan
Directions

Combine the first 6 ingredients; stir in 1/4 tsp salt.

Sprinkle beef with pepper and remaining salt. Grill, covered, over medium heat or broil 4 inches from heat until meat reaches desired doneness, 4-6 minutes per side. Top with tomato mixture. Top with cheese.
