Frango Mints

Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c butter (1 stick)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c powdered sugar
  • 1 cap mint flavoring
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate chips until smooth. Set aside. Cool at least 15 mins.

  2. Blend then beat until creamy: Butter, egg, pwdr sugar, flavoring and vanilla.

  3. Pour in chocolate and heat until glossy. Pat in pan – cool overnight in frig. Cut into pieces.

  4. Dip in mixture of 1/3 bar paraffin & 1-12 oz. pkg of semi-sweet chocolate chips melted together.

  5. Set aside to set up.
