Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 1 c powder sugar
• 3 eggs - separated
• 1 oz of unsweetened cocoa
• 1/2 c nuts
• Vanilla wafer cookie crumbs
• 1 c whipping cream
• 3-4 Peppermint candies
• 40 mini marshmallows

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar

2. Add egg yokes 1 at a time and beat well

3. Add cocoa and nuts

4. Beat until stiff then fold in to the mix – 3 egg whites.

5. Pour into 8×8″ pan lines with 1/2 c crushed vanilla wafers and chill one hour.

6. Whip and combine: whipping cream, crushed peppermint candy, mini marshmallows and nuts.

7. Pour over chilled chocolate mix and cover with remaining vanilla wafer crumbs.
