Ingredients
- 1 head fresh broccoli, cut into small florets
- 2 cups roughly chopped peeled carrots
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh sage
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.

On prepared pan, toss together all ingredients; arrange in single layer.
