Ingredients
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- 8 oz fillet of cod, haddock, or hake, skinned
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed orange juice
Directions

Season some flour with salt and pepper

Coat the fish in the seasoned flour

Melt the butter or margarine in a frying pan

Saute the fish for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally

Mix together the soy sauce and orange juice, pour over the fish, turn up the heat, and cook for about 1 minute
