Basil, Chive, and Parsley Blender Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup raw unsalted almonds
  • 2 garlic cloves, halved
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 cup fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped chives
  • Pinch each sea salt and black pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine almonds and garlic; pulse until combined. Add cheese, basil, parsley, chives, salt and pepper; pulse. With motor running, add oil and lemon juice in a thin, steady stream until fully incorporated.
