Ingredients
- 1/3 cup raw unsalted almonds
- 2 garlic cloves, halved
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped chives
- Pinch each sea salt and black pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice

In a blender, combine almonds and garlic; pulse until combined. Add cheese, basil, parsley, chives, salt and pepper; pulse. With motor running, add oil and lemon juice in a thin, steady stream until fully incorporated.
