- 2 pita breads
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp za'atar
- Salt

Cut pitas in half; separate the tops from the bottoms. Stack pita halves, then cut each half into 4 triangles. In a large bowl, toss pita with olive oil and za’atar; season with salt. Spread on rimmed baking sheet; bake at 350 until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.
