Salt and Pepper Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. assorted baby potatoes
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan; add enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil and salt water. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook until tender, 5-10 minutes. Drain; let cool. Toss with salt and pepper.
