Sugar-top Coffee Cake

Serves 6 peopleIngredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1 T melted butter
- 1C dairy sour cream
- 1 t Vanilla
- 1 1/2 C flour
- 2 t baking powder
- 1/4 t baking soda
- 3/4 t salt
- Brown Sugar Topping:
- Mix 1/2 C brown sugar, firmly packed, 2 T flour, 1/2 t cinnamon and 1 T softened butter until crumbly
Directions

Beat egg until frothy; beat in sugar and butter. Cream until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and vanilla; blend well.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to the sour cream mixture. Beat well. Pour into a greased 8 inch square pan. sprinkle with Brown Sugar Topping.

Bake at 375 degrees 25 to 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Serve warm.
