Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 stick cold butter
- 27 ounces of dulce de leche
- Spanish peanuts
- Butterscotch chips
- Mini chocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray.

Cut butter into pieces.

Mix together flour, oats, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in butter with a pastry cutter.

Sprinkle the mixture into the pan.

Pat it lightly to begin making a solid crust.

Bake until it is lightly golden brown; about 30 minutes.

Remove from oven.

Allow crust to cool for 15 minutes.

Spoon dulce de leche into microwave safe bowl.

Nuke it for 45 seconds.

Scoop it on top of crust; be sure to spread it into the corners.

Sprinkle on a layer of peanuts.

Sprinkle butterscotch chips and mini chocolate chips on top.

Chill bars for 2 to 3 hours.

Cut before serving.
