Ingredients
- 2 c peeled, cubed potatoes (4 med. )
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 2 C water
- 1C milk
- 1/4 C flour
- 1 t salt
- 2 t chicken bouillon
- 1 t dried parsley flakes
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 t butter
Directions

Microwave potato, onion and water in covered 2 – quart casserole 16 t0 18 minutes or until potato is just tender. Combine milk and flour; stir into vegetable mixture along with remaining ingredients.

Microwave, covered, 8 – 10 minutes or until soup boils. if desired thin with milk.
