Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 2 C starter
- 1 C milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 C sugar
- 1/4 C cooking oil
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking soda
Directions

Measure flour, starter, and milk into large mixing bowl (non-metal); beat until smooth. Cover loosely with waxed paper and let stand in a warm place at least 18 hours. Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Bake on lightly greased griddle. Cook until bubbles start to break then flip to finish cooking. .
