Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. orange zest
- 1 Tbsp. sorghum syrup
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. grated fresh ginger
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 2 1/4 cups pecan halves
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the zest, syrup, oil, sat, ginger and pepper flakes. Add the pecans and toss until all the pecans are evenly coated.

Transfer to a greased jellyroll pan ande spread in a single layer. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool I the pan on a wire rack to room temperature. Loosen with a spatula and enjoy.
