Beef Filet with Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb. beef filet
- 1 1/2 oz. all-purpose flour (8 Tbsp.)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- salt to taste
Directions

Cut filet into four slices, coat in flour, shaking to remove excess. Put filets on a greased baking sheet and then season with salt.

Heat oil in a large skillet set over high heat. Add beef and cook on both sides until brown; remove from pan. Add stock and stir, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet. Sere beef with sauce.
