This lightning-fast smoothie makes a great breakfast or mid-afternoon pick-me-up. Substitute any canned fruit packed in its own juices for the pineapple if you’d prefer.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz canned pineapple, packed in juice, chunks, undrained
  • 6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate
  • 1/2 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cube(s)

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth, adding more ice cubes if necessary to create a thick purée. Pour into 4 tall glasses and serve. Yields about 1 cup per serving.
