Ingredients
- 1/2 C pecans
- 1 stick butter
- Yellow cake mix
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 small box cooked lemon pudding mix (dry)
- 1 C powder sugar
- Lemon juice to desire
Directions

Melt butter. Mix cake mix, pecans & butter together. Spread in a 11 × 15 pan. Mix together lemon pudding mix, Eagle Brand Milk & 1 table spoon of lemon juice. Then spread over your crust. Cook at 350 for 20 to 25 min. After cooling, mix together 1 cup powder sugar and lemon juice to desire. Drizzle over lemon bars and serve.
