Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 4 oz. jar diced pimientos, drained
- 2 tbsp. dill pickle juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 8 oz. block extra-sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 8 oz. block sharp Cheddar, shredded
Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9-inch cast-iron skillet with cooking spray.

In a medium bowl, stir together mayo, pimientos, pickle juice, Worcestershire, and red pepper. Stir in cheese. Spoon into prepared skillet.

Bake until golden and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
