Ingredients
- 4 cubed beef steaks
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cooking sherry
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp. chopped dill or dill seed
Directions

Brown steaks and onion lightly in butter in skillet. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and sherry and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Combine sour cream, horseradish and dill and stir into steak mixture. Heat thoroughly and serve on rice.
