Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1-2 tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 4 oz. jar diced pimientos, drained, divided
- 3 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar
- Minced fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp finely chopped pecans
- Assorted crackers
Directions

Mix first 7 ingredients and 1/3 cup pimientos. Stir in cheese.

Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley, pecans and remaining pimientos. Serve with crackers.
