Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin, cut in 1-inch cubes
- 1 (8 oz.) can small white onions, drained
- 1 large tomato, cubed
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (10 oz.) can beef gravy
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 6 hot dog rolls or other long bun, split and toasted
Directions

On long skewers, arrange beef cubes, onions and pieces of tomato. Brush with oil. Broil 15 to 20 minutes, turning often.

Meanwhile, combine beef gray, catsup, horseradish and mustard. Heat, stirring occasionally. Slid kebobs from skewers onto toasted rolls. Spoon gravy over.
