Ingredients
- 2 bacon slices
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp. minced shallot
- 1 tbsp. sherry vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp minced fresh tarragon
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
Directions

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high until crisp. Remove bacon from pan; finely chop. Remove pan from heat. Add water, shallot, sherry, Dijon, maple syrup, and tarragon to pan, stirring to scrape up any browned bits. Stir in bacon, black pepper and salt.
