Ingredients
- Pork loin
- Oil
- chicken broth
- onion diced-sauted in oil with garlic clove added last 20 seconds
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 1 T brown sugar
- 2 lb bag sauerkraut
Directions

Brown pork in oil-salt and peppered

Add chicken broth

In dutch oven cook covered (3-4 lb pork takes about 4-5 hours)

(1 1/2 lb pork takes 2-21/2 hours)

LAST 1-1 1/2 hours add sauerkraut with onion, garlic and brown sugar

Add more chicken broth as needed

Good served with mashed potatoes or can cook potatoes in broth when add sauerkraut
