Ingredients
- 12 ounces frozen breaded chicken tenders
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped (about 6 cups)
- 1 medium avocado, pitted and sliced
- 1/2 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
Directions
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions and cook the chicken tenders.

Meanwhile,stir the mustard, honey, and vinegar together in a small bowl until smooth.

Place the lettuce, avocado, bell pepper, tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to evenly distribute. Divide the dressed salad among 4 plates.

Slice the chicken tenders and top each salad portion with an equal amount. Serve immediately.
