Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sliced salami
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325° and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salami in a single layer on baking sheet and bake until crisp, 20-25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make sauce: in a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Serve salami chips with sauce on side.
