Cornbread Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornmeal mix
- 1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
- 3 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 3 hardboiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

Bake cornbread, let cool, then crumble.

Mix all the other ingredients with cornbread.

Serve at room temperature or chilled.
