Ingredients
- 1 HoneyBaked Ham Beef Pot Roast with Brown Gravy, thawed
- 6 T. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 7 c. milk, warm
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 2 c. habenero pepperjack cheese, shredded
- 2 c. extra sharp cheddar, shredded
- 2 c. colby jack, shredded
- 1 lb. macaroni, boiled in salted water and drained
- chopped chives, garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Follow the instructions on the roast packaging to reheat.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add flour when the butter starts to get bubbly and cook for about a minute.
- Pour milk into the skillet and whisk until smooth and thick. You’ll feel it.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and add nutmeg, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cheeses.
- Stir macaroni into the cheese sauce.
- Serve individual portions of macaroni and cheese with pot roast on top. Garnish with chives. Say Grace and enjoy!!
