Ingredients
- 6 tbsp butter, at room temp
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano, basil or thyme
- one 24-inch baguette, split horizontally
- Paprika

In bowl, mix butter, garlic, and herbs; season. Spread on cut sides of baguette. Sprinkle with paprika. Wrap in foil and bake at 425 until hot, about 10 minutes. Uncover and bake until crisp on the outside, 3-5 minutes. Cut into 3-inch pieces.
